We assist in regulatory compliances and advisory on critical issues under Goods & Services Tax (GST) and other State and local body taxes. We advise on GST implications on transactional issues, cross border transactions, tax classification and transaction structuring for achieving tax efficiency. 

We provide services of representation before GST authority with respect to assessment, search and seizure, summons and other notices, representation before Appellate Authority with respect to appeal against order of GST officer, Representation before Appellate Authority with respect to revision request against order of GST officer, etc.

We assist the applicant for filing of application in advance ruling for GST, guide the applicant for preparation of necessary documentation and help the applicant whether to apply for authority by analysing each transaction. We also represent the applicant before the authority for advance ruling matters.

We also assist our clients in filing of online refund applications, suggest system for generation of necessary documentation to prepare refund claim, improve existing system for generation of necessary documentation, assistance in gathering of all supporting documents for refund application, preparation of necessary pre-documentation like annexure-A as required by law, reconciliation between Input Tax Credit (ITC) claimed and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reflecting in GST Portal which involves identification of missed credit and continuous follow up with the authorities to grant refund claim
